HITTING SESSIONS

MY ONE-HOUR SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • I offer high-caliber on-court tennis lessons to children, teens, and adults at all levels as well as seasoned tennis players looking to go to the next level. I believe there is a brilliant tennis player in everyone. My instruction is always kept lighthearted, creative, fun, and an opportunity for exploration, discovery, and lifeskill development.

  • Performance coaching is the art of unearthing the unlimited potential and killer instinct of the individual. It is designed around winning, to unlock the hidden blocks to the freedom of confident action, profitability, and grand accomplishment. I offer performance coaching to students who will stop at nothing in order to achieve ambitious and daring goals, objectives, and strategies.

  • As a highly sought-after service, I offer sports psychology consulting to tennis players and people from all walks of life. I offer all of my experiences as a champion to my students and leverage my years in competitive play to provide an edge that will impact one’s game immediately and form lasting psychological benefits in a variety of contexts that suit the student.

  • Right from the first lesson, my students often learn that their ‘lesson’ is as much about building confidence and navigating life’s complicated challenges as it is about groundstrokes, serves, and volleys. I offer professional quality, motivating life coaching that meets the needs of every student where they are at.

  • As a preferred direction for students, I offer a specially designed program of activities that significantly improve coordination and agility, footwork, quickness, fitness level, and weight management.

  • My lessons with students will often include tennis-specific strength and conditioning activities—a motivational training that will enhance the technique and tactical awareness of students, as well as build lasting confidence and optimism on the court and off.

  • At select times during lessons, camera shot analysis becomes an integral part of the learning process. By capturing each shot from different angles and analyzing them together on the court, students can better understand both where their form is solid as well where corrections can be made. I also provide video footage of comparable strokes by professional players as an extra feature.

If you have the chance to work with Scott, do it!! He’s one of those rare instructors who is extremely knowledgeable about the techniques of tennis, is a skilled tennis player in his own right, AND knows how to leverage his experience as a teacher to instruct in a way that’s engaging, retainable, and fun! His positive and encouraging nature is also super motivating no matter what your age. We feel incredibly lucky to have been referred to Scott and recommend him hands down!!
